The beginning

Each and every client needs to know that their case is important. As professionals, I am certain there has been at least one time where all of us have needed the assistance or advice of an attorney. So I share this motto with you.

"I know how I would want to be treated should I ever have to use the services of an attorney. That is why I strive to treat every client as a special person not a case or file number".

I find working with clients is much like a doctor/patient relationship. Ultimately we will know all of the good and bad about that client. Basically their life history. Their health, criminal history, financial history, etc. A relationship is developed and no client's "case" is the same as the next. So why refer to them as a "case number"?

It is our making the difference from beginning to end that can keep that client coming back and feeling like they are worth more than the dollar sign.
